  • Squabble is a non-refundable service. Our team begins researching your court’s specific requirements as soon as you purchase, and that work can’t be taken back.
  • Filing fees and service costs go to third parties. Court filing fees and process-server costs are paid out to the court and to licensed third-party servers, and Squabble cannot recoup them — including when service of process is attempted but unsuccessful.
  • The Dedicated Case Agent carries a specific guarantee — detailed below.

The Dedicated Case Agent guarantee

If you purchased the Dedicated Case Agent package and your case is dismissed without prejudice because of a defect in filing or service of process caused solely by Squabble, you are entitled to a 100% money-back guarantee: your Squabble package fees and your filing fees will be returned.

Squabble’s Triple-Check™ review exists to prevent exactly these defects — the guarantee is our accountability if one occurs anyway.

Why the policy works this way

Squabble’s work is front-loaded: court-specific research, document preparation, and coordination begin immediately after purchase. And a meaningful portion of what you pay in a filing package doesn’t stay with Squabble at all — it goes to the court and to the process server. Those third-party costs are incurred whether or not a defendant is ultimately located or served.
